01

Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are between you and Illucrum LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. They cover your use of this website, the free tools on it, and any audit you buy from us. Company details

Our audits are sold to businesses. If you buy one as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you still apply, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

02

Using the website

The content here is general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it is complete or up to date, and it is not advice about your particular site.

You may read, share and link to our pages. Please don't copy large parts of them, republish them, or use them to train AI models without our written permission. The Illucrum name, logo and site design are ours.

03

The free Bulk SEO Checker

The checker is free and needs no account. It fetches up to 25 addresses per run, reads the HTML each server sends back and shows what it finds. It does not run JavaScript, so it shows what a crawler that doesn't render pages would see.

Fair use

  • Check pages you are allowed to access, at a reasonable pace. The limit of 25 pages per run is there on purpose.
  • Don't use the checker to overload or attack a website, or to get around its security.
  • Don't try to reach private networks or internal addresses through it. The relay blocks them.

We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive, and we may change the checker or stop offering it. It is provided as it is: we don't guarantee that it is always available or that its results are complete and error-free. What you do with the results is up to you.

To use it you need a current browser with JavaScript turned on. Nothing needs to be installed.

Buying an audit

This is the whole process, from the first message to the report.

  1. Prices are published on this site and are the same for everyone. The price that applies is the one shown on the day you confirm. See the prices
  2. You get in touch and tell us about your site. We confirm which audit fits and what access we need.
  3. If you decide to go ahead, we send you the invoice.
  4. We run the audit.
  5. You pay the invoice.
  6. We send you the report. That ends the transaction.

What you get

Exactly what is listed on the page of the audit you chose: the point-by-point review for that type of site and a written report with every point scored and prioritized. One round of clarification questions about the report is included.

What you don't get

Implementation, monitoring, retainers or subscriptions. Nothing is sold to you during or after the audit. The report stands on its own: act on it yourself, give it to your developer, or hire anyone you like.

What we need from you

Read-only access to the tools the audit uses, such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics, and answers to our questions. The delivery time published for your audit starts when we have that access and pauses while we are waiting for it.

05

Payment, cancellation and refunds

  • The invoice shows the amount, the currency, how to pay and when payment is due.
  • Prices don't include VAT or sales tax where these apply. For business customers in the EU with a VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
  • We send the report only once your payment has arrived.
  • You can cancel at any time before the report is delivered. If you haven't paid yet, you owe nothing. If you have, we refund the full amount.
  • We can also decline or stop an audit before delivery, for example if the scope changes substantially or the work would create a conflict of interest. If you have paid, we refund the full amount.
  • Once the report has been delivered the fee is not refundable, because you only receive it after paying for it. If something in it is unclear, or you think it is wrong, tell us: one round of clarification is included.

If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights, including any right to withdraw from the contract, apply in addition to the above.

06

Confidentiality and ownership

  • Everything you share with us for an audit (data, access, business information) is confidential and used only to do the audit.
  • Your website, your data and anything you give us remain yours. The report is yours once it is paid for. We keep a copy for our records.
  • Our methods, checklists, scoring and templates remain ours.
  • We may describe an audit in an anonymized case study that contains nothing identifying you. We name you only with your written permission.

07

What we are responsible for

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We can't guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or any other result, because those depend on search engines, competitors and what is done with the report.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an audit is limited to the fee you paid for it, and for the free tools to USD 100. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit. None of this limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct or anything else the law does not allow to be limited, including the mandatory rights of consumers.

08

Complaints

If something goes wrong with the site, the checker or an audit, email us with a short description. We confirm that we have received it and give you our answer within 14 days.

09

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes go to the courts of Travis County, Texas. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. An audit is always governed by the terms that applied on the day you confirmed it.
